Programme Priorities

• preparation and formulation of positions, work within international organisations, conventions, forums and bilateral joint committees, etc. 
• assistance in arranging international visits and events
• coordination in preparing positions, responses and statements in legislative procedures for the adoption of the acquis communautaire, and implementation of briefing procedures concerning European legislation adopted in respective periods
• cooperation between the Ministry and Slovenia's Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels
• participation in preparing materials for Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Councils for the Slovenian Transport Minister
• coordination and monitoring of project applications for co-financing by the EU and forwarding of applications to competent institutions
• monitoring of project implementation co-financed by the EU
• preparation of all documents required for programming and implementing projects co-financed by the EU
